CryptoSolvency (“we”, “us”) operates a product launch and discovery platform. This policy describes how we handle account, listing, and usage data.
Data we collect
- Account details: email, display name, password hash, optional avatar
- Product submissions: name, URLs, descriptions, logos, maker info
- Engagement: upvotes, IP/UA hashes for abuse prevention, ad bookings, payments via Stripe
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service
How we use data
To provide listings and leaderboards, process payments, prevent fraud, send transactional email (status changes), and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Processors
We use infrastructure and SaaS processors such as hosting providers, PostgreSQL hosts, Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and optional object storage. Their processing is limited to delivering our service.
Retention & rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Payment records may be retained as required for accounting and fraud prevention.
